How much do you charge?
Live oil painting: Rates start at $2,000-$3,000 depending on the package. Prices may differ based on canvas size, location, and add-ons. You can read more about the packages here.
Guest portraits: Rates start at $1,500 for 2 hours. Each additional hour is $500. You can read about the service details here.
What is required to book your services for our event?
Start by filling out the inquiry form.
If you're interested in live oil painting, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss details and packages. For guest portraits, I'll follow up with more info via email.
Your date is reserved once the contract is signed and a 50% non-refundable deposit is received. The balance is due 30 days before the event.
How much time is required for setup?
Live oil painting: I prefer to arrive a couple of hours before the event if possible so I can set up and begin painting the background elements of the painting.
Guest portraits: I can arrive a half hour before the event to set up.
At what types of events do you paint?
All kinds! I can paint at weddings, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, influencer events, and any other event. Please fill out an inquiry form here so we can schedule a consultation to discuss your event.
Will you need any special accommodations from the venue?
Live oil painting: I will need a small designated painting area, approximately 6' x 6', in a location with a clear view of the scene I will be capturing. A table should be provided. I will supply my own easel and will not require assistance from event staff.
Guest portraits: I will need a small designated painting area with a table and chair to be provided. I will bring my own supplies and will not require assistance from event staff.
Do you work at outdoor events?
Yes! Depending on the venue, climate, and time of year, I may require special accommodations such as a shaded area, heater, etc. Please fill out an inquiry form here so we can schedule a consultation to discuss your event.
When should I book my date for live oil painting or guest portraits?
I can only accept one client a day, so the sooner the better. If I have availability, I will accept last minute bookings. Please fill out an inquiry form here to find out if I am available for your event date.
Do you travel?
Yes! Additional accommodations and fees are required for events that are over 50 miles from Nashville, New Orleans, or the 30A area. Please fill out an inquiry form here so we can schedule a consultation.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule our event?
If your event needs to be rescheduled more than 30 days before the original date, I will transfer your booking to the new date if I am available. If I am unavailable, the deposit remains non-refundable. If the event is canceled or rescheduled within 30 days of the scheduled date, the full balance is still due.
